#PSBPopCulture: Views From “The Lab”
I spend a lot of time in the office aka “The Lab.” For years, I’ve used music to motivate me and even posted quotes on my various timelines. In the spring of 2016, I started a daily routine of taking five to ten minutes a day to clean out my thoughts on paper so they’re there for me to look back at to see progress. Most of them are business related but all have a music subject theme based on what I’ve been playing that day.

Sometimes the social takeaway is an original thought. Sometimes it’s a direct quote from an artist. This page will serve as the landing hub for what I decide to post off my Twitter account. Enjoy!
Fall in love with the details inside the process. Those & the sacrifice that goes with it make the end results worthwhile.

One of life's toughest challenges is to make a pitch, someone say no & go about getting better.
But if you do, it always comes back around.

Your inner circle isn't supposed to be 100 deep. It's much more productive to roll with 10 lions than 100 sheep.

Somebody is going to win the most games, be crowned league champion & win MVP.
So what does it take?
Put the phone down.
Put the work in.

Knocking someone else's hard work and success doesn't make your lack of production look any better.

The hardest part of trusting the process is just that: It's a process.
You won't see results overnight. Stay the course.

Take time today to be grateful for another holiday season.
We all have our own issues
We all have our struggles.
But we're still here.

Spend more time today being loving the people who are already close to you and less time focusing on people who don't care about you.

How long someone in your circle chooses to stay loyal to the cause will never be your decision.

Never let people unwilling to sacrifice what you do to win act like being in 1st Place is bad as if you should work that hard to finish 2nd.
