#PSBAllAccess: “Boot Camp” – Season 1, Episode 2 – Dec. 4, 2016

***The PSBAllAccess video series is designed to give our viewers an in-depth look at how our team found their passion, who we are on assignment and what we like to do in our free time.

I never got on a scale when I made the commitment to start working out daily in the spring of 2014. The number didn’t matter to me. What did matter is that I felt sluggish most days, didn’t like the way I looked and my doctor told me I needed to reduce my daily sugar intake. Between candy and soda, I was taking in 600-800 calories a day in sugar alone. So I took action: slowly changed my diet, made working out a priority not something I did if I had time left in the day.

As 2016 winds down, I know since I’ve started working out consistently I’ve dropped multiple pant sizes, am two shirt sizes down from where I started. I don’t have an end goal mainly because I feel like I’m always evolving. I will say that if I of all people can cut back on sugar, soda and even fast food that I’m confident anyone on my TL can too. My friend and co-worker Jarrett Christian says, “Take It Personal.” That’s exactly what I plan to keep doing.

#PSBAllAccess 📽: S/O my Mom for the cameo appearance. I admit I'm a competitor by nature. Basketball, Business, Video Games, EVERYTHING. For the past two years, I've been competing against my doctor's challenge to change my diet & something @shun.williams said to me "I bet you can't get in elite shape while running your business."
